The Millennium Sounds Orchestra is the best kept secret in San Jose. The 20 piece big band are a collection of musicians from De Anza College, Hayward State, San Francisco State, and many other local colleges in the area. The band plays a mixture of big band swing, 60’s soft rock, latin and jazz. Singers Joyce McCullough and Rich Santoro sing the music of Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Patti Page and Dean Martin and others. The goal of the band is to have fun and keep big band music alive.
